Checking My List:
Today I was able to:
- Meet with the coordinator at the Shaw Center. We figured out how many tables, chairs, linens, etc. I needed and discussed overall logistics. That killed two birds with one stone because now my rental order is done!
- I took my dress to the alterations place. It only needs minor things done (straps tightened a smidge, the sides taken in, a bustle added). That will be done by the end of the month.
- I meet with Robert and figured out all the flower details (bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, etc.). That was a relief because I hate details. I’m such a big picture person it’s ridiculous.
I like days like this when I can check a bunch of things off my to-do list. Over the weekend (or tomorrow if we get a day off for weather) I am going to get my shoes, scout a dress for Mack, and finally join redeem my tanning certificate.
